Important information for applicants — please read carefully before applying for any visa or submitting documents.
Our role — what we do and what we don't
Amanvinkle provides advisory and document-preparation services to assist you with visa applications. We do not and will not engage in unlawful or fraudulent practices.
- We DO: Provide guidance, checklist preparation, document review, and file submission support where permitted.
- We DO NOT: Create, fabricate, falsify or arrange fake documents, or advise on how to misrepresent information to any embassy or authority.
- We DO NOT: Provide any guarantee of visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by embassy/consulate officers.
Important: We will never prepare or submit fabricated documents, nor assist with showing false funds or misrepresenting facts. Any request for such services will be declined immediately.
Refund & Fee policy
Please note our fee and refund rules:
- Embassy / consulate fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. These are charged directly by the embassy/consulate and are outside our control.
- Our professional fee is refundable only until the point we begin active processing (for example, preparing and submitting your application). After submission to the embassy/consulate, the professional fee is non-refundable.
- If you cancel before we start processing, we will refund the professional fee minus any direct costs incurred (if applicable).
Visa guarantee
We do not offer any guarantee or promise of visa approval for any country. Visa grant is at the sole discretion of embassy/consulate officers and depends on meeting that authority's eligibility, documentation, and interview requirements.
